Each of us has experienced conflict that has been uncomfortable or stressful. By understanding how our own “preferred” conflict style impacts how we deal with disagreement, high emotion, and difficult moments, we can explore how we can respond to different conflict styles in a more mindful, thoughtful, and strategic way. We will explore five different conflict styles and learn specific techniques to move through conflict more comfortably and effectively.
