Dr. Carolyn Patton is the Assistant Superintendent for the Sutter County SELPA.  Dr. Patton has over 25 years’ experience in special education and student support. Dr. Patton champions efforts to engage in conflict resolution through alternative dispute practices in the intersection of educational and parental dispute realms. Dr. Patton’s doctoral studies focused on educational practices when parents with joint custody do not agree on important educational decisions.
